Diálogos sobre arte e comunicação: a correspondência entre Vilém Flusser e Gabriel Borba

Resumo


A correspondência entre Vilém Flusser e Gabriel Borba, trocadas no período em que o filósofo tcheco-brasileiro não morava no Brasil é o tema do presente artigo. A amizade durou muitos anos e o contato entre os dois se manteve por meio de correspondências. Nas cartas, os dois discutiam a respeito de vários assuntos, em especial a arte e o cenário artístico da cidade de São Paulo. Os diálogos evocam temas fundamentais no pensamento flusseriano como os conceitos de comunicação, leitura, pós-história, escrita, espaço, engajamento e imagem.
