The subject is the actual situation of access of Information and Communication Technologies in countries from the Mediterranean region. The Information Society is related to the information industry; The Communication Society is related to tech supports and programs. The Knowledge Society is the society which implemented all tech supports of information and communication industry. The data provides an idea about the enormous differences between countries from Europe and Africa in the Mediterranean margins.
