Abstract

The poetics and aesthetics of contemporary journalism – and parajournalistics formats – in the digital media require the construction of theoretical frameworks. One of the more operative concepts to analyze the journalistic phenomenology is perhaps the interface form, related to discussions about image. Two authors work with interface as axial in media culture: Josep M. Català and Lev Manovich. Reviewing texts of the eighties, we found discursive convergences toward hypertext, multimedia, networking. We then decided by a textcollage, combining counterpoints.
