Abstract

This article approaches cyberculture from the perspective of a new ecology of communication and knowledge. Hypertextual culture, simulation as methodology, cyberspace as a meeting point, the massive usage of informatics and new inscription devices are essential factors for the rising of new ways of constructing and conveying knowledge. The concepts of citizenship and human rights are redefined in this new environment.
