Towards a non twisted semiotics: analysis of the site Conductor - MTA.me

Abstract

The present study aims at developing a semiotic look at the work of Alexander Chen, in particular, the web site Conductor - MTA.me. Semiotics, the science of all kinds of signs, signals, codes and languages, provides us with a critical and reflexive tool for analyzing the profusion of signs in which we are immersed. Hence the title “Towards a non twisted Semiotics”. Freed from deviations, the text presents a face-to-face look at a sign process and unfolds, step by step, its layers and density of meanings.
