Controversies about the scientific character of language

Abstract

This article attempts to study the language of science through the analysis of its graphic manifestation, either in the form of canonical icons or conceptual metaphors. It departs from a critical revision of the indiscriminate use of the essay in communication research to show the importance of genre in the construction of the dialogical, dialectical thought and of the abductive reasoning of the language of the experiences.
