A avaliação dos sistemas de comunicação interna: um método para a compreensão da comunicação nas organizações

Resumo


O presente artigo faz uma revisão da conceptualização
da comunicação nas organizações e propõe bases para uma visão
compreensiva dos sistemas de comunicação interna de uma
organização a partir de bases diagnósticas. Propomos, como
base para a compreensão, que o sistema de comunicação interna
é constituído pelo conjunto de práticas e procedimentos estabelecidos
pela organização para intercambiar informação, estabelecer
consultas e transmitir ordens aos funcionários sobre distintos
objetivos de diferentes níveis, por distintos canais e sentidos.
